Refunds & deferrals (summary)
Can I request a refund?
Yes. Full refunds are available up to 7 days before start. After start, refunds are prorated based on progress and consumed review services.
What if I can’t keep up with pacing?
Deferrals and cohort transfers are available. Our design includes feedback weeks and a return protocol—sustainability is part of policy.
Do scholarships affect refunds?
Sometimes. Some scholarships reserve budget allocations. We provide clear terms before awards are accepted.
